It’s time to determine who is for real and who in the political landscape is blowing hot air.

Let’s take a Congressman. He is from a very conservative district. His constituents are for less government, pro-life and most definitely pro-second amendment.

The congressman goes to Washington DC. He is asked to vote on an abortion bill.

He said he would vote no and votes no on that bill.

The bill passes.

The next bill that he is asked to vote on is gun control.

He said he opposes gun control and votes no on that bill.

It passes.

The Congressman in question goes home and tells his constituents that if only we had a few more “conservatives” like him in office we could have stopped those bills from being passed.

What said Congressman neglects to tell his sheep is that both of those bills need to be funded. Both bills become part of the Federal Budget. He votes for the Federal Budget.

That means that he voted to fund what he said he was against, abortion and gun control.

Nice trick.

If this bill is passed will it increase the Size, Cost, extend the Reach or Power of the government? If the bill does any of those things he will vote no on that bill for those reasons.

The United States Constitution is the supreme law of the United States. It contains a written order that
the federal system has to guarantee and provide the people a republic as their form of government.
Article IV – Section 4 – U. S. Constitution
Under the guarantee of a republic, the people are the ultimate power. 9th & 10th Amendments – Bill of Rights
In order to be the ultimate power, the people must have a means, in addition to their individual bodily
strength, or power in the voting booth, to maintain and defend the guarantee of a republic.
2nd Amendment – Bill of Rights
The means, necessary to maintain and defend the guarantee of a republic, was wisely written into the
federal Constitution, and is found in the irrevocable first ten amendments, commonly known as the Bill
of Rights. The Bill of Rights has its own history and characteristics, which render it not subject to the
repeal, revoke, or rescind process. The Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights commands: “A well
regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear
arms, shall not be infringed”. 2nd Amendment – Bill of Rights
All treaties made must be in pursuance of the laws within the United States Constitution and the Bill of
Rights. Treaties are valid only if they are “made in pursuance” of the laws within the 1787 Constitution

valid treaty as it intends to disarm the people; to eliminate their right to arms; to dissolve their
independence; to alter their authority and operational concepts; to place them under a socialist system;

collapse of the Constitutional republic is subversive and un‐American activity, punishable by law. It

Why must we be forced to finance sedition and be forced to pay salaries to the transgressors? It is the

Global-warming skeptics were hit with numerous setbacks over the past
few years -- from a major 2007 U.N. report that seemingly confirmed the
warming crisis, to Al Gore's popularization of this gloomy message
through his book and Oscar-winning documentary, "An Inconvenient Truth."
And let's not forget the shifting political winds that elected a
greener Congress and brought in an administration that made climate
change a priority.
But now those skeptics are facing a new challenge: overconfidence.
That's because everything of late has been breaking their way.
OK, overconfidence may be an exaggeration, but the wheels are really
coming off the global-warming cart.
"Climategate" -- the recent leak of e-mails showing gross misconduct
among scientists with key roles in the U.N. report -- raises serious
questions about how much of the global-warming science we can trust. The
scientists were, after all, manipulating the temperature data to show
more warming and subverting requests by independent researchers to see
the underlying data.
Other scary claims in the U.N. report, such as the assertion that
Himalayan glaciers are on pace to melt completely by 2035, also turned
out to be false and have been retracted recently.
Climategate and other scandals only add to the reasons for doubt. At
the same time, Mr. Gore's many terrifying predictions are not
withstanding the test of time.
His book and movie really played up the supposed link between global
warming and Hurricane Katrina. Unfortunately for the scaremongers (and
fortunately for those who live on the coast) we haven't seen anything
even close to Katrina since. The 2006 through 2008 hurricane seasons
were at or below average, and the 2009 season went down as the weakest in
more than a decade. So much for a global-warming-induced hurricane
trend -- and many other such scares.
Another thing missing from the global-warming crisis? Global
warming. Temperatures have been flat for more than a decade, and 2009
adds one more year to that trend.
Polling shows that the American people increasingly see Mr. Gore (and
others) as the boy who cried wolf, and they are drawing their own
common-sense conclusions. The number who believe global warming is real
is dropping, and the number who consider it a crisis has plummeted.
Also declining is the number of those willing to accept substantially
higher gasoline prices and electric bills -- the intended result of
domestic global-warming bills or international treaties that raise the
price of fossil fuels so we are forced to use less.
Even studies conducted by the Obama administration find reduced
economic activity, higher energy prices and lost jobs from such measures.
In other words, global-warming policy promises plenty of economic pain
for little if any environmental gain -- a hard sell at any time, but
especially now, given the lingering recession.
For all their stated concern for the issue, President Obama and
Congress have an uphill climb to turn this into law. Consider one recent
poll, conducted by the Pew Research Center for the People and the Press,
asking the American people to rank 20 issues in terms of importance.
Global warming came in 20th -- dead last -- while the economy came in
at No. 1. It won't be easy to enact a law or yoke the U.S. to a global
treaty that addresses America's No. 20 priority at the expense of No.
1 -- and do so in an election year.
There is still plenty to worry skeptics. One example: the
Environmental Protection Agency's attempt to impose global-warming policy
through costly regulations.
Also, there's no room for complacency so long as the forces in favor
of global-warming measures remain powerful and persistent. But the
facts -- and the politics on this issue -- are moving away from alarm.
We may look back on 2010 as the year when the great global-warming
scare really started to fade into history.

was published in 1992. Perhaps Al Gore can't believe the weather
observations showing evidence of Global Cooling.

Why was the Second Amendment put into the Constitution?
Answer
So that we could protect ourselves from the government!
Other measures to protect US from the government were:
1) The Fedgov could have no army in peacetime.
2) Fedgov could not quarter troops in our houses
3) Fedgov could send troops into a state only with the consent of the state government or during an insurrection.
Question
Without an army how could the federal government defend the country against invasion and war?
Answer
By calling out the militia: Each state had an organized militia under the control of the state government (the officers were trained by the federal government).
Question
What was to prevent the state government from using the militia against its own citizens?
Answer
To regulate that is to control the militia the Founder's said "Arm the entire population"
That is the Second Amendment.
In the "Federalist Papers" the founders asserted that the combined militias of the states would be stronger than any force the Federal Government could raise, and by the same reasoning an armed population would be stronger than any militia a State Government could use against its citizens.
The Second Amendment has nothing whatsoever to do with hunting, sportsmanship or target shooting:
The claim that it does has been made by people who want to exclude the ordinary citizens.
(Who are not hunters, sportsmen or target shooters) from the debate.

We have such a Congressman in Tennessee’s Third District.
His name is Zach Wamp.

He is a seven term Congressman. And he keeps the same game, the same lies going every year.

We have a gentlemen running against Wamp whose name is Doug Vandagriff.

Doug is a regular blue collar guy. He holds down two jobs. He is going to look at these bills that are coming up for a vote and ask one question. That question is:

"If this bill is passed will it increase the Size, Cost, extend the Reach or Power of the government?

If the bill does any of those things he will vote no on that bill for those reasons."

The only way Doug Vandagriff will vote for the Federal Budget is if it were lower next year than this year.

Now Doug isn’t raising any money. He isn’t spending any money. He doesn’t have a website but if elected he will adhere to the above promise.

It’s time to get a real American to represent the people of the Third District of Tennessee.

Why Am I Running For Office?????

I am running for the United States Senate because right now of all the laws passed in Washington DC last year. Only one in 100,000 was passed by Congress if that many.

All the other laws disguised as rules, regulations, codes, guidelines and standards were written by non elected bureaucrats. Writing for agencies attached to the executive branch of government.

To put it to you bluntly.

The Executive branch of government is making 999,000 laws for every one legitimately passed by Congress.

If you don’t believe this. Every time you see a business, businessman or individual being fined or prosecuted for violating an EPA – OSHA – FDA – FCC etc. etc. etc. rule or regulation.

You begin to realize that these rules, regulations, codes, guidelines and standards are made by bureaucrats in the executive branch of government.
Not Congress.

Go to any law school library and ask the librarian to show you the EPA, FCC, OSHA regulations. The volumes will cover an entire wall. With the hundreds and thousands of sections and subsections – sub-sub-sections etc.

All of which are laws. None of which were passed by the Congress!

All of these agencies are part of the executive branch of government.

James Madison’s writings ought to be evident too everybody.

(FYI: Tyranny which is the arbitrary use of government power is the opposite of liberty. Just as freedom is the opposite of slavery)

We are every day loosing more and more of our liberty to an ever increasing more and more powerful Federal bureaucracy.

A few people in the audience had the pleasure of asking one or two questions.

This question strikes fear in the hearts of practically all of the candidates whether they are masquerading as democrats or republicans. For these candidates know that the solutions they are offering do increase the Size, Cost, Reach and Power of government.

And they are deathly afraid that the public will discover what they (handpicked democrats and republicans) have been doing for the past 75 years!

Hence – in case you haven’t noticed - NO questions are being taken from the audience! Thus preventing an ordinary person from asking the most vital question ever asked.

An answer to the rising price of energy.

The price of gasoline is not going up.

The value of the currency is going down.

In Germany in the 1920’s the German’s were complaining about the price of everything going up. And by the time they realized that prices were not going up. The value of the Mark was going down. It had already reached the point where the value of the currency was falling so rapidly people were getting paid twice a day. The noonday pay had to be spent immediately because it would be near worthless by the time they got their evening pay. Which had to be spent quickly because it would be worthless by the time the noonday pay would come the next day? Which had to be spent etc. etc. etc?

The Jew’s were blamed for this situation and were attacked.

This is what our government is doing. Inflating the currency, causing its value to drop rapidly and simultaneously running a “Hate the Arab’s campaign” as was done in Germany with the Jew’s.

This set the stage for the rise of Hitler.

We can expect opportunistic politicians to point their finger at Arabs, big business, entrepreneurs, speculators etc. etc. And demand government control’s of such entities to rescue the American’s from a situation which our own government’s policies has created.

The organization called Planned Parenthood is funded and functions as a department of the United States government designed to increase the size, cost, reach and power of government in areas which Planned Parenthood covers.

Obviously the way to stop Planned Parenthood and all other NGO’s (advocacy groups financed by the United States government for the primary purpose of expanding the size, cost, reach and power of government in areas covered by an alphabet soup slew of organizations) – is to have the House of Representatives cut off the money.

Not only will the activities of Planned Parenthood dry up but the activities advocating gun control, land control, environmental control, foreign aid, etc, etc, etc. All things destructive of the United States and the United States Constitution. Another Look At "Heller"

Significance of the “Heller” ruling.

The purpose of the “Heller vs. DC” ruling is this. To establish the supremacy of the Supreme Court on all things Constitutional.

Essentially this ruling makes the words in the Constitution meaningless.

The only thing that counts is what the Supreme Court says it says.

Consider this:

Article One: “All power belongs to the Supreme X”

If you want to know what these articles say you must have the people in article one tell you. Which means what is written is meaningless? Except for the meaning given to it by the Supreme X. Even when the Supreme X is saying the opposite of what is written.

Haven’t you noticed that not a peep has been heard from the ACLU?

This ruling has been called a “Landmark” decision. What is a “Landmark?”

This is a decision that destroys a section of the Constitution.

A “Landmark” is a message to the liberals to shut up.

This decision establishes the authority of the Supreme Court to say what anything in the constitution means independent of and contrary to written word and common understanding.

That is why it’s called a Landmark decision. And in no way is that decision a victory for anybody except the communists, fascists, and socialists pretending to a world wide throne.

The F.E.C. is designed to make it difficult for an average person to run for office.
Their rules, regulations, guidelines and standards make it IMPOSSIBLE for a individual who is not connected to "The Party" to comply.

The Purpose Of The Second Amendment

Why was the Second Amendment put into the Constitution?

Answer

So that we could protect ourselves from the government!

Other measures to protect US from the government were:

1) The fedgov could have no army in peacetime.

2) Fedgov could not quarter troops in our houses

3) Fedgov could send troops into a state only with the consent of the state government or during an insurrection.

Question

Without an army how could the federal government defend the country against invasion and war?

Answer

By calling out the militia: Each state had an organized militia under the control of the state government (the officers were trained by the federal government).

Question

What was to prevent the state government from using the militia against its own citizens?

Answer

To regulate that is to control the militia the Founder's said "Arm the entire population"

THAT is the Second Amendment.

In the “Federalist Papers” the founders asserted that the combined militias of the states would be stronger than any force the Federal Government could raise, and by the same reasoning an armed population would be stronger than any militia a State Government could use against its citizens.

The Second Amendment has nothing whatsoever to do with hunting, sportsmanship or target shooting:

The claim that it does has been made by people who want to exclude the ordinary citizens.

(Who are not hunters, sportsmen or target shooters) from the debate.

This allows those promoters to agree to a series of compromises which over time will disarm the people and leave US at the mercy of the government.

If elected I will VOTE NO on any bill that increases the Size, Cost, increases the Reach and expands the Power of the government.

I will also sponsor a bill that would Abolish the Federal Elections Commission forthwith. This bureaucracy is designed to keep the average person from running for political office.

Is it better to be endorsed by 22 individual politicians who support and profit by an increase in the size, cost, reach and power of the government.
Or is it better to endorse an idea whose time has come. That is stopping the growth of government and rolling it back in the reverse fashion it was expanded.

I will vote NO on any increase in the size, cost, reach or power of the government.

The problem is that we have too much government.
Too much of our production is going to pay for more employees to meddle deeper and deeper into our lives. Too much of our money is going to support an ever increasing police state that is reaching into the lives of honest citizens.

Talk Radio Disinformation

Yesterday I had an interesting conversation with a good friend of mine.

This friend of mine was telling me about an interview on a certain late night
(starts after midnight) talk radio program. This program is heard in most major markets and is on clear channel. I can pick it up in my truck almost everywhere. This program is known for its way out stories.

OK. I do believe that the media in these United States is controlled. They feed you the information that they want you to know. They also feed you spectacular and hard to believe stories. Especially on said radio show.

Now if said radio show which is in all markets across these United States was for real the host should be talking about the growth of government and the solution (get rid of these Members of the House of Representatives).

Instead the host of said radio show makes a ton of money by telling you bedtime stories.

Give me a break George.

One thing that is quite interesting during this presidential election season is the absence of signs from John McCain, Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama.

Well we have a real hot one these days in the Democratic Party.

Will it be Hillary or Obama?????????

What a choice. Haven't you noticed something. Neither one of them really say anything.
Both of them want to give you more government. They wish to increase the size, cost, reach and power of the Federal Government.

The real losers are the citizens of these United States. Both candidates will take away the liberties and freedoms of said citizens.

The other scam is as the media is showing this charade NOTHING IS BEING SAID ABOUT THE CONGRESSIONAL RACES.

After all the House of Representatives spends the money.
The House is where the action is.

Tired of the lies. Think about running. Tell the voters that you will read these bills but if they increase the Size, Cost, Reach or Power of the government you will VOTE NO.

Stop the growth of government and you can restore liberty.
